What we know

Three injuries are a preliminary provincial-government report, not independently verified. The reporting cutoff is 14 October; the original count time is unknown.

Anadolu relays Tasnim; Nour News credits Mehr News Agency. These are separate editorial routes but both lead back to Hormozgan provincial authorities. No second independent underlying witness is established; drone presence and injuries remain reported.

What remains unknown

The drone’s operator, final injury total and independent confirmation remain unresolved. The exact maritime location is unknown; the broad sea reference is not a strike coordinate.

Operator attribution: Not established. Anadolu describes the operator as unidentified. Nour News also uses unidentified in its introduction but relays a provincial deputy governor’s allegation of US involvement. That allegation is not independent identification; the operator is not established.

How to read a dossier

Every incident is judged on three separate questions. An airport can be confirmed closed while it is still unclear whether a drone was involved at all.

Was there a drone?

Drone presence: reported by a source, confirmed by explicit evidence, inconclusive after investigation, or debunked.

ConfirmedReportedInconclusiveDebunked

What was the impact?

Closures, diversions, damage or injuries, with their own evidence state. “Not established” means no source reports an impact.

ConfirmedReportedNot established

Who is responsible?

Attribution is never inferred. A party’s claim, a charge and a court finding are shown as different things.
