The UN Libya panel names STM Kargu-2 in report S/2021/229, paragraph 63 and annex 30. Current STM KARGU specifications are shown in a separate configuration section; they are not proven to describe the earlier Kargu-2 configuration. STM describes operator-controlled engagement, while the UN report discusses autonomous capabilities in the Libya context.
