ICDS research identifies Orion as the Inokhodets programme, distinguishes export Orion-E and the larger Orion-2/Sirius, and reports Russian testing. HUR lists the designer and technical figures. These sources are independent research/intelligence families, but advertised specifications may share developer origins; HUR is a party to the war. The 2021 ICDS catalogue lists 1000 kg maximum takeoff weight, whereas the later HUR page lists 1150 kg: variants and dates differ, not a measured change for every airframe. No validated unit price. Orion-E and Sirius are not interchangeable aliases. The 8 m length and 16 m span are HUR catalogue figures, not independent measurements.
