DRONELEDGER / Press factsheet
UJ-22 Airborne / Ukrjet
A compact selection from this profile, with sources and limits. Other configurations and additional measurements remain in the full profile.
UKRJET’s Ukrainian multipurpose fixed-wing aircraft, presented publicly in 2021. The chief-engineer interview distinguishes weather-limited endurance from the specification table’s maximum and a real-time datalink radius from autonomous operation. Later attack reporting does not verify every exhibition claim.[1][2]
Public-source profile. Performance claims are attributed; type links do not verify an incident identification.
The numbers, with their sources
| Communication distance | 100 km[1] |

Form, sound & identification limits
- The 100 km figure is the real-time communications radius; 800 km is the claimed maximum autonomous radius. They are different operating modes, not competing measurements of total flight distance.[1]
- The interview’s up-to-six hours in extreme weather and the table’s up-to-twelve hours retain separate conditions. ABC provides later reporting context, not independent certification of these figures or an automatic incident identification.[1][2]
Shape or sound alone cannot identify a drone. Follow local public-safety alerts; do not approach wreckage.
