RUSI identifies Arash-2 as an Iranian one-way attack type. The introduced US House bill H.R.4709 (2023), section2(a)(15), records an Iranian Army Ground Forces development announcement in September2022; this is a proposed legislative finding, not an enacted technical certification or an independent test. RUSI provides a separate analytical source family but relays other reporting for incident attribution. No manufacturer company, dimensions, range, explosive mass, unit price or export operators are established here. Arash-1 and Kian-2 are not treated as interchangeable aliases. The silhouette is a generic fixed-wing class cue, not an identified model drawing.
